I couldn't have asked for a better location in the heart of Shinjuku! The convenience of having restaurants downstairs and a nearby 24-hour convenience store made my stay so enjoyable. However, the room could use a bit of an upgrade in terms of bedding comfort.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is superb, with Shinjuku station nearby and plenty of restaurants downstairs. The rooms were cozy, but my bed was a bit uncomfortable. The service was excellent with a nice welcome drink. However, being in a shared area, it could get a bit noisy at times.
